Refreshments
Nearest refreshments are at the Lakeside Hotel and Cafe (weekends and school holidays) at South Willen Lake. The Camphill Community runs a vegetarian café opposite the main car park.
The new calisthenics equipment is designed to utilise the users own weight to maximise their workout, using angles and height to vary the intensity of the workout.
Willen Lake is managed by self-financing charity The Parks Trust, which cares for over 6,000 acres of parkland and green space across Milton Keynes. The Parks Trust also works with around 6,000 school children and adults and approximately 200 volunteers. It organises and enables over 500 events each year, making Milton Keynes a vibrant and colourful place for everyone to enjoy.
